The training is suitable for every age group (from 3 to 80 years), including people with disabilities. “Due to the high demand for safety, we offer special self-defense courses. In addition to the focus on 'correct behavior in emergency situations' and 'intensive training in the most effective defense and rescue techniques', our participants can also learn the colorful ones Alarm bands purchase that offer additional preventive protection in the event of attacks and emergency situations,” says sports scientist, headmaster and founder Dr. Andreas Held, who is a grandmaster in Taekwondo (5th Dan).
