In addition to GPS tracking and an SOS emergency call button, the watch supports EU-wide phone calls, making it a practical companion when you're on the go. Another outstanding feature of the watch is the innovative, push-out watch case, which can be used as a standalone, compact tracker/phone. This function makes it possible to carry the watch in environments where smartwatches or mobile phones are not allowed, such as schools.
Another important feature is the Kid Watch's discreet listening feature, which allows parents to hear the ambient noise around their child in certain situations. This feature is designed for safety and to provide parents with additional peace of mind when the child is out of sight.
The Kid Watch's own app allows you to configure the watch and set it to school mode, which limits the watch to essential functions such as geofencing, tracking and telephony so that the child can concentrate fully on the lesson. This ensures an undisturbed learning environment.
Currently, the language of the watch is set to English plus a few other European languages. An automatic update soon provided by Alarmbands will add the availability of the German language to further simplify the operation. With an IP68 certification, the device is fully waterproof and comes with a comfortable Velcro strap that makes the watch not only practical but also durable. Its trendy color options make it an attractive accessory for any adventurous child.
