The system works in three phases: first, a fall is detected, followed by an impact and an observation phase. If no movement is detected after the impact, an emergency call is automatically made. This prevents false alarms and enables manual emergency calls if necessary. Up to five emergency contacts can be stored in a freely selectable priority order, who can be informed and/or called immediately in the event of a fall.
The watch is robustly built and waterproof, ideal for continuous use. The long-lasting battery lasts up to 5 days with normal use and can be extended to up to 100 days using various energy-saving modes. Another advantage is that you do not need to use a separate app to use the emergency watch.

The watch also offers the option of being connected directly to a 24-hour emergency call center. This is an ideal solution for users who do not have suitable private emergency contacts. There are cooperations with well-known emergency call centers such as the German Red Cross, Johannitercall and Lazariter.

This is plugged into a power socket and not only offers improved indoor positioning and geofence functionality, but also increases network coverage in buildings with weak connections.
