If the fall alarm is activated, the first emergency contact will immediately receive a call if the watch wearer falls. The emergency contacts will also immediately receive a text message informing them of the emergency. The watch wearer can also initiate an emergency call themselves by pressing and holding one of the two red emergency call buttons for more than 4 seconds. This will also establish a telephone connection to one of the saved contacts.
The watch operates via the mobile network and is therefore reachable 24 hours a day for emergency calls. The SIM card is permanently installed in the watch and can be used throughout Europe in conjunction with the service package. All emergency calls and messages from the watch are included in the package! No matter where you are, our watch always selects the best network for maximum reliability.
Our process takes place in three phases Fall detection or dead man alarmFirst, our emergency watch registers a fall. If an impact occurs and the device comes to a stop, the system automatically dials all contacts until one of them answers. If no one answers, the process is repeated three times. All contacts also receive a text message from the watch containing their current location.
